Putnam Pet Pals adopts to indoor homes only. We believe a family pet
should be just that, a part of your family. No family members are tied
or chained outside all of their lives. Dogs are pack animals and you
are their pack. Most undesirable behavior comes from
boredom. All Putnam Pet Pal dogs and puppies are altered
(spayed/neutered) and fully vetted prior to adoption. Dog breed and age are
a best guess by the vet and/or rescue members. We cannot guarantee breed,
weight, age of dogs or final adult size of puppies. Adoption fees
may vary for each dog depending on any special need cases. All of our
dogs are placed in foster homes where they learn housetraining and good
doggie manners. Most of our dogs come from local high kill
pounds.

Yogi is thought to be a Cockapoo or shih tzu mix, . He weighs around 12 lbs. He is up to date with his shots, and will be neutered in the near future. He is around 4- 5 years old. Yogi us very playful and loving, and is believed to be housebroken, with only had a couple accidents at first, probably mostly nerves at being shuffled around. His pictures don't show his real cuteness, as he had to be shaved due to the extensive matting of his hair .Give him a few weeks, and he'll look as good as new! Yogi's adoption fee is $150. Yogi is thought to be a Cockapoo or shih tzu mix, . He weighs around 12 lbs. He is up to date with his shots, and will be neutered in the near future. He is around 4- 5 years old. Bob has a little white blaze on his chest, otherwise he is totally shinny black. He is typical puppy, running, jumping, chewing and adorable chubby tummy, and sweet inocent puppy breath. Bob has all his first shots and dewormed and will need boosters in about a month. Bob is still too young to be neutered so his adoption fee reflects a $150.00 neuter deposit that will be returned upon proof of his surgery. His adoption fee is $275.00. Caesar is a healthy 10 lb., 7-year old poodle who was an owner. He is quiet and well-behaved. He loves attention and being cuddled but not too interested in playing. He just got a haircut, and he is ready to go. He doesn't require much exercise, and would be great for an apartment or home with a small yard. Caeser gets along with kids, but is shy around them, so a home with older kids or no kids would probably be best. He was hugged and squeezed by a 2 year old in the foster home recently, and didn't show any aggression, but looked like he'd rather be napping!.
